How this compares with GCash, Maya, and Philippine-issued cards
GCash already works on chatgpt.com for Go, Plus, and Pro. That is a local rail, not a card number you type into a generic card form. Maya is strong for local QR and some cards, but Maya virtual or prepaid cards are often declined on foreign subscription checkouts that block prepaid BINs. Philippine-issued debit and credit cards frequently have online or international use switched off until the user enables it, and 3DS OTP timeouts are common.
